The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Names ECI a 2021 Top Workplace

September 13, 2021
ECI has been recognized as a 2021Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection.

This is ECI’s ninth consecutive Top Workplace honor.

“We participate in this survey because it is a valuable opportunity to capture employee insights,” said Dan Smith, ECI President & CEO. “Turning employee feedback into action plans for continued success is critical to our culture and our ability to deliver successful customer outcomes 100% of the time. It is an honor to earn this recognition as it is based our employees’ feedback.”
