What Is the Career Ambassador Program?
ECI’s Career Ambassador Program brings our people to the forefront of how we engage with students, educators, and future talent. Career Ambassadors are passionate employees who share their real-world experiences, career paths, and industry knowledge through events, campus visits, job fairs, and community outreach.

By offering firsthand insight into what it’s like to work at ECI, our ambassadors help build meaningful connections, promote career awareness, and inspire the next generation of professionals in engineering, operations, business, and beyond.
