Registration for Pittsburgh Society of Women Engineers Professional Development Day 2026 is now live! Join us for this award-winning half-day conference, recognized by SWE for Best Practice of Professional Development in 2022 and 2023, which brings together Collegiate members and STEM professionals for a day dedicated to elevating leadership, strengthening balance, and fueling sustainable growth. This event is open to both SWE and non-SWE members.
This year’s theme, “Balanced to Lead, Powered to Grow,” focuses on developing individual leadership skills and strategies that support long-term performance. Attendees will explore how to cultivate a growth mindset, integrate healthy work practices, and invest in personal wellbeing to drive stronger, more impactful professional growth.
