ECI Launches New Customer Portal

ECI is proud to launch a new Customer Portal!  This offers customers real-time access to critical order status information creating a more robust and user-friendly experience. This initiative is an expansion of ECI’s commitment to responsive customer service and the implementation of digital tools that benefit customers.
Order status and shipping information is currently available on the Customer Portal. Additional functionality, such as repair status, is also in development. Customers should register and begin accessing order status information now, and they will have access to the repair status information and other future enhancements as soon as they are live.
The Portal will give ECI customers convenient and instant access to the information they need. While personalized customer service remains critical to ECI’s operations, the company recognizes – and is responding to – customers’ need for online tools.
ECI customers can register for this tool online. Registration is required and approvals and site access are processed in one business day.
