Maintenance and Repair Service

Program Overview

This program gives new hires the chance to rotate through our different engineering disciplines to find the right fit for their skillset. Engineering offerings include:
  • Hardware
  • Software
  • Electrical
  • Process Control
Upon completion of the rotation, the engineer is placed in a full-time role based on their strongest skills and competencies.

Engineering Exposure

Through this program, new hires will gain real-world experience across various engineering disciplines. In addition to hands-on learning, they will work alongside experienced engineers within each area to learn from them.

Participants gain experience in:

  • Customer site work
  • Automation and process control engineering
  • Control system design, installation, and maintenance
  • Customer site activities, including commissioning and startup
  • Cybersecurity improvements and system modernization
