Jim has spent 42 years in the process control industry and is currently Vice President of Oil & Gas at Equipment & Controls, Inc, working with all facets of energy users in the upstream, midstream and downstream gas markets.  He is a degreed Geologist and formerly worked for US Steel in their Resource Development division.  Jim also has extensive experience in the steel, paper, chemical and power industries.  Committed to helping the next generation prepare for the workforce, Jim serves on Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix committess and advisory boards for Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) and Rosedale Tech. He is an active car collector, runner, cyclist, skier and kayaker.

Laura Boyles graduated from West Virginia University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering. After completing her degree, she discovered an opportunity at ECI as an Inside Application Engineer. Following her interview, she was drawn to the company’s culture and eager to learn more about the controls industry. Laura joined ECI’s FCS team, focusing on Fisher control valves and regulators. She later spent eight months in Marshalltown, IA, working at the Fisher factory as a Global Sales Engineer supporting the OEM and Nuclear markets. Today, Laura specializes in Nuclear and Severe Service applications while also supporting her broader customer base, which includes OEM and Oil & Gas clients.

Doug Frost is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned his degree in Chemical Engineering. He began his career in West Virginia working for a manufacturers’ representative, supporting a broad range of process analyzer technologies and mechanical equipment, including steam jet vacuum systems, heat exchangers, and level instrumentation. Twenty years ago, Doug joined ECI, where he has focused on Fisher control valves, Fisher regulators, and related services. His application experience spans the Natural Gas, Chemical, and Power industries. Doug brings decades of hands-on experience and deep regional knowledge to support customers with reliable, application-driven control solutions.
