2026 ABGPA Annual Regional Conference

The 2026 ABGPA Appalachian Regional Conference was held Wednesday, April 29, at Bella Sera in Canonsburg, PA. The sold‑out, full‑day event brought together ABGPA members and industry guests for a comprehensive agenda focused on leadership, technical innovation and strategic alignment across the Appalachian oil and gas sector. Attendees participated in technical sessions, executive panels and networking opportunities designed to address the evolving project development lifecycle and the critical connection between upstream and midstream operations. 

ECI’s Jim Neville, Vice President of Oil & Gas, attended the conference and shared positive feedback on both the content and the caliber of speakers. He shared that the highlight of the event was the morning executive panel featuring Justin Trettle, Vice President of Midstream at EQT; Julian Carillo, Vice President of Production at EQT; and Harold Rinehart, Vice President of Operations at MPLX. The panel offered valuable insight into navigating complex project development challenges and fostering stronger strategic alignment across the value chain. 

Throughout the day, sessions reinforced the importance of leadership development, collaboration and technical excellence in supporting the region’s energy infrastructure. The ABGPA Appalachian Regional Conference provided a valuable forum for knowledge sharing, professional development and strengthening connections within the Appalachian energy community.
