The ECI Operations Center advances our commitment to delivering successful customer outcomes through a modern facility designed to foster collaboration, teamwork, speed to market and access to the right expertise at the right time.
This facility brings all of our southwestern Pennsylvania operations together on one campus.
For our teams this means even greater collaboration and a working environment built to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety. For our customers this means a central and easily accessible location, and the availability of more of our experts where and when they are needed. When you are visiting us for a factory acceptance test (FAT) or to discuss a new challenge you may have, it is a walk across a parking lot to access the right expertise or to review another element of an ongoing project. When you are at our headquarters for an education session, you can easily tour our valve shop, see your skid in development or check on the status of a safety relief valve repair.
