The ECI Panel Shop develops and builds custom process control panels for a range of customers and applications. Our dedicated, 12,000 square-foot facility enables a highly efficient operation where customization is central to every project. An experienced technician is assigned to each customer order, ensuring accountability and careful consideration of every specification.  

Delivering a Complete Solution

Our first panels were built as special projects for customers when we envisioned an opportunity to provide a complete solution. Customers appreciated the best-in-class products and local service available through ECI but needed an additional resource to provide the cabinets to house their control systems. The ECI team quickly implemented a more comprehensive approach that would eliminate that burden for the customer. Those special projects soon evolved into a formal product offering. The ECI Panel Shop moved into its own space, began to inventory parts and established a training program for technicians and testing protocols for panels. More than 30 years later, the ECI Panel Shop is an integral part of our local operations and a solution customers in many industries rely on.

The CNC machine creates that balance. Automated cutting and drilling are both faster and more precise. This also creates a safer environment for our team. While the machine is cutting, our technicians are free to move to the next steps of the project. When panels are completed faster, our delivery and installation are also accelerated.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Each panel is subjected to a thorough, internal factory acceptance test. Both in-person and virtual testing sessions are available to our customers. All panels and components are tested to ensure proper functionality so that your processes are seamless following installation.

Lifecycle Service to Support Continuous Operations

Ensuring continued, seamless processes and production post installation requires experienced technicians. ECI’s local services team is available to monitor, maintain and repair panels and components as needed. With 24/7/365 service, local inventory and testing and repair both on- and off-site, you will have the support needed for continuous and efficient production.
