High Tech Operations Center

Our state-of-the-art 130,000 square foot Operations Center offers skid fabrication, advanced technologies— like our robotic welder and CNC machine designed to produce a perfect control panel—and factory acceptance testing, in addition to valve repairs for all brands.

Flow and Instrumentation Calibration Services

As the Emerson Premier Service Provider for Rosemount, Micro Motion and Flexim products across this region, ECI provides highly specialized instrumentation services. ECI offers factory-level support for startup, commissioning and calibration, repair-by-replacement and outages and shutdowns. Calibration services are NIST-traceable and designed to meet safety and regulatory requirements. Our technicians are trained on instrumentation calibration and repair and can work seamlessly with your team.

Outage Management Coordination

We not only repair, replace and upgrade valves, our teams understand everything that goes into shutdowns and turnarounds, including safety, preparation, coordination and post-outage reviews.

Onsite Trailer for Machining

Our 20-foot trailer contains everything needed for high-quality precision machining. Whether for modifications, shutdowns, emergency repairs, or any problem where transporting the machinery to our shop would be difficult, we come prepared to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Our trailer comes fully equipped with:
