ECI is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Supporter Award at the SWE Pittsburgh 75th Anniversary Gala, held on September 26 at LeMont.
The SWE Supporter Award recognizes a company or individual that demonstrates a commitment to supporting and empowering women as they pursue and advance their careers in STEM fields. This recognition reflects ECI's ongoing efforts to foster professional growth, leadership development, and networking opportunities for women across the organization.
Through the ECI Women's Professional Network, ECI has built a strong relationship with SWE Pittsburgh and actively participates in local SWE programs and initiatives. Members of the network also attended the SWE annual conference in Columbus earlier this year, further strengthening connections within the engineering community.
This partnership has created valuable opportunities for learning, mentorship, and professional networking, while also increasing ECI's visibility among women pursuing careers in engineering and technology. ECI is honored to receive this award and remains committed to supporting the advancement of women in STEM.
