FAQs

Career development is built into how ECI operates, with structured paths for advancement, cross-department learning opportunities and encouraged participation in training, certifications, etc. After one year of service, employees are eligible for tuition assistance for continued education.

ECI offers a competitive 401K with match, health insurance, PTO, wellness program and incentives, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). There are programs and resources focused on safety, health (including onsite fitness opportunities), and work-life balance. The culture supports ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

ECI’s work environment is fast-paced, solutions-focused, and genuinely enjoyable. Teams collaborate closely to solve challenges and support customers, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie across departments. Our employees enjoy working together. Beyond the work itself, we host company events throughout the year and keep things fun in the office with regular food days, including bagels or donuts on Fridays, helping create a workplace that feels welcoming and connected.

ECI is an employee-owned organization, which means every team member shares in the success of the business through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. This ownership culture fosters accountability, pride, collaboration and engagement across all departments.

ECI also offers a wellness program and has an onsite gym available to all employees.

An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a fund designed to invest in company stock for the benefit of employees.

The ESOP:

• builds wealth for employee-owners over time
• creates a market for company stock
• allows employees to share in the equity ownership of the company
